Amrita Jolly-Sodhi is a Managing Attorney at Global Immigration Associates. Her practice focuses on working with employers to establish and execute effective immigration programs, including securing H-1B, TN, L-1, E-2 and E-3 visas for their employees. In addition, she provides assistance to employers to obtain green cards for their employees through the PERM, Extraordinary Ability and Immigrant Investor avenues. Amrita works with clients in several industries, including healthcare, technology and automotive.
Prior to joining GIA, Amrita worked at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP, where she worked with a wide range of small and large companies. During her tenure, she worked on educating clients and established effective processes to ensure seamless onboarding of new employees, as well as securing renewals and extensions for existing employees. Amrita also worked extensively with high-net worth individuals to obtain their green cards through the EB-5 process.
When she isn’t in the office, Amrita enjoys playing with her golden retrievers, trying new recipes and doing Pilates.
