Anna Ksor Buonya is an Associate Attorney at Global Immigration Associates. Her primary practice focuses on H-1Bs and non-immigrant visas. She also has experience with EB-1 multinational manager petitions and adjustment of status applications. Anna currently works with clients in several industries, including cryptocurrency, e-commerce, automotive technology, and software development.
Prior to joining GIA, Anna worked at prominent business immigration law firms located in Northern Virginia and Texas. Additionally, she was part of an internal immigration team at a technology Fortune 500 company in North Carolina, where she filed nonimmigrant visas and provided immigration advice to the company’s international workforce. In these roles, she gained extensive experience with L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, I-140 multinational manager petitions, and I-485 Adjustment of Status cases.
Outside the office, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, writing, and making jewelry.
