Ashley is a Partner at Global Immigration Associates where she focuses exclusively on U.S. employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant visas (i.e. H-1B, E-3, L-1, O-1, TN and H-1B1), immigrant visas, labor certification (PERM), adjustment of status and I-9 compliance. She also advises large clients on eligibility requirements, best practices, mobility strategies and immigration policies, and has extensive experience advising multinational companies and those undergoing corporate restructuring. Ashley works predominantly with clients in technology, manufacturing, engineering and health care industries.
Prior to joining GIA, Ashley was an associate at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, where her practice focused on advising large to mid-size companies on their immigration policies and strategies.
Ashley is a native of Canada. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys time outdoors and traveling to new countries.
