Christina is a Managing Attorney at Global Immigration Associates. Her practice focuses on the L-1, H-1B, O-1 and E nonimmigrant visa categories, as well as the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. Christina has also handled a variety of family-based and humanitarian matters, including representing individuals in immigration detention and removal proceedings.
Christina works with clients in several industries, including high tech, biotech and the arts.
Prior to joining GIA, Christina worked as a Senior Attorney at Chin & Curtis, LLP, where she focused on preparing and filing employment-based and family-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and naturalization applications for clients with a wide variety of immigration needs.
When she isn’t working, Christina enjoys yoga, hiking with her family and dog, and trying new recipes.
