Christopher is a Managing Attorney at Global Immigration Associates. His practice focuses on helping businesses and their employees maneuver the U.S. legal immigration and work authorization landscape, including employment-based nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, E-3, B and TN) and employment-based immigration matters (Permanent Labor Certification “PERMs”), I-140 petitions and Adjustment of Status applications. Christopher works with clients in several industries, including data analytics and engineering.
Prior to joining GIA, Christopher worked as an associate attorney at Ogletree Deakins, where he provided full-slate business immigration services to major clients in several high-tech industries, including engineering consulting, mining and finance.
Christopher is based in Colorado where he lives with his wife, Mollie. When not working, Christopher spends his time outdoors in the Collegiate Peaks of the Rocky Mountains, snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer.
