Gordie is a Managing Attorney at Global Immigration Associates, where his practice focuses on all aspects of corporate immigration law, including corporate restructuring, nonimmigrant visas, permanent residency, naturalization and I-9 compliance.
Gordie counsels a diverse client base, including organizations in the following industries: professional athletics, investment banking and private equity, energy, information technology, consulting and digital media.
He has authored numerous articles in the corporate immigration field, including his most recent publication titled, “Why It Is Time for Congress to Eliminate the Arbitrary H-1B Cap.”
While in law school, Gordie served as an articles editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and was also a member of the Moot Court Board.
