Ian is a Partner at Global Immigration Associates. His practice focuses on immigrant and nonimmigrant matters for companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Ian has extensive experience in visa categories including the H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, PERM labor certification and EB-1 petitions. Additionally, he has guided many clients through mergers and acquisitions, relocations and other complex workplace compliance matters.

Ian works with clients in industries including insurance, online retail and technology.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys cycling, soccer and exploring the outdoors with his wife and dogs.
