Paloma is a Managing Attorney at Global Immigration Associates. Her practice focuses on employment-based immigration, including immigrant (EB-1 and PERM-based) and nonimmigrant matters (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, E-3, B and TN). Paloma advises companies of all sizes on visa eligibility requirements, compliance and mobility strategies in industries ranging from technology to online retail.
Prior to joining GIA, Paloma worked as an associate at a prominent immigration law firm in Houston, TX, where she provided a full spectrum of U.S. inbound immigration services to technology and oil and gas clients.
When she isn’t in the office, Paloma enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
