Pawel is an Associate at Global Immigration Associates where he focuses on employment-based immigration and represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of State securing both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
Pawel works with clients mainly in the information technology and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining GIA, he was an in-house attorney for one of the largest Catholic dioceses in the United States. In this role, he focused on providing advice on compliance with immigration law, and prepared appropriate immigration petitions and applications. He also maintained a solo practice where he counseled and represented individual clients in the process of obtaining immigration benefits through family-based and employment-based petitions, naturalization, asylum and removal defense.
When he isn’t at the office, Pawel enjoys spending time with his family, taking long road trips and fishing.
