Rene is a Senior Associate at Global Immigration Associates. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with their immigration case needs, including nonimmigrant H-1Bs L-1As, L-1Bs, TNs, and E-3s; and immigrant visa matters (ETA 9089 or the PERM Application and corresponding I-140s, EB-1, I-485 or Adjustment of Status, and Naturalization Applications).

Rene works with clients in several industries, including hospital and healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and online media.

Prior to joining GIA, Rene worked as an attorney at Ogletree Deakins, where she focused on assisting employers with obtaining temporary work visas and permanent residency on behalf of new and current employees.

While in law school, Rene interned at a boutique family immigration law firm where she handled immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications and petitions, including petitions for religious workers.
